A death from dengue has been reported in Imphal West district, Manipur, prompting the state government to implement measures to control the outbreak, including fogging and encouraging community involvement in combating the disease.
During a press conference, state Health Minister Sapam Ranjan Singh stated that officials are actively working to reduce the spread of dengue. However, he stressed that effective control of the infection will require the participation of the community.
