Delhi’s Patiala House Court grants 2-hr custody parole to Er Rashid to take oath on July 5

Delhi’s Patiala House Court on Tuesday granted two-hour custody parole to jailed Er Rashid to take oath as Member of Parliament on July 5. Earlier the counsel of Er Rashid has sought interim bail or custody parole to take oath as MP. On July 1st the National Investigation Agency (NIA) gave consent to Er Rashid to take oath as a member of the 18th Lok Sabha on July 5.
