As news of Shraddha Walkar’s gruesome murder shocks the nation, a similar case was reported in Uttar Pradesh’s Sitapur. A man named Pankaj Maurya confessed to the police that he killed his wife – Jyoti alias Sneha – along with one of his companions.
The case came to light when Sitapur Police recovered Jyoti’s body parts on November 8 from the Gulariha area. Following an investigation, police arrested Jyoti’s husband, Pankaj Maurya and Durjan Pasi.
