The Delhi Police Special Cell on Monday filed a supplementary chargesheet before the Patiala House Court in the Parliament security breach case.
The special cell’s counsel told the court that sanctions, as needed under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), had been received and made part of the supplementary chargesheet.
The court was also informed that pending forensic reports would be submitted as well.The court also extended the judicial custody of all the accused in the case. They will now be produced before the court on August 2. The court will also hear and consider the chargesheet for cognisance on August 2.
The 1000-page chargesheet under the stringent UAPA was filed at Delhi’s Patiala House Court against the accused.
