A delegation from Tsaga Rongo Panchayat Halqa led by its Sarpanch Skarma Dorjay called on the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, RK Mathur, at Raj Niwas today.
Sarpanch Skarma Dorjay raise d several issues related to the Panchayat Halqa, viz. the need for the repairing and restoration of the road from Loma to Tsaga; the need for improving telecommunication connectivity through the installation of mobile towers at Tsaga and Rongo villages; the need for the construction of a bridge over Anlay River at Lal-Pahadi, etc. They also requested for intervention in giving preference to locals as casual paid labourers (CPL) in BRO and GREF.
