Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal today reviewed the implementation of self-employment generation schemes in the district. Chief Planning Officer, Mohammad Khurshid and other concerned officers were present in the meeting.
During the meeting, DC took stock of the progress made under these schemes and directed the concerned officials to ensure effective implementation of these programs. He also stressed on the need to identify and support the beneficiaries to enable them to become self-reliant and contribute towards the development of the district.
The DC further emphasized the need for effective monitoring and evaluation of these schemes to ensure their success and to address any issues that may arise. He also urged the officials to work in close coordination with other departments and stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes of these programs.
The Deputy Commissioner reiterated the administration’s commitment towards promoting self-employment opportunities and economic empowerment of the people, and urged the beneficiaries to take full advantage of these schemes to improve their livelihoods and contribute towards the overall development of the district.
