Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal today presided over a two-day state-level Management Development Programme (MDP) designed for healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff. The program took place at Government Medical College and Associated Hospital (GMC&AH) Rajouri, emphasizing the significance of enhancing management skills within the healthcare sector.
The event garnered participation from a multitude of healthcare experts, fostering an environment of collaborative learning and leadership development. Officers, who graced the occasion included Rajiv Kumar Khajuria, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Rajouri; Dr. Mehmood, Medical Superintendent of District Hospital; and other staff members from the healthcare sector.
