Deputy Commissioner Doda, Vishesh Mahajan held a virtual interaction with the complainants who had submitted their individual grievances online for an early redressal. The officers concerned stationed at Headquarter were present personally, while officers from other areas of the district joined the meeting virtually.
It is pertinent to mention here that the online grievances received on the ADBHUT Doda portal comprise mainly of issues of individual nature while public/ community issues are mostly taken during the Block Diwas and other outreach programmes.
A total of 11 grievances were discussed with the concerned agency/ officers, while applicants remained connected virtually.
After due deliberation, all the issues were settled with directions given to the concerned departments to intimate the DC office. DC emphasized on timely and quality disposal of grievances.
