The Democratic Azad Party leaders on Thursday joined the
protesting Rehbar Khel teachers in Jammu. The DAP leaders said that their
party chairman Ghulam Nabi Azad was the only MP to raise their issue in
Parliament. The government on priority basis shall address the grievances of
these candidates since they have a right to get their services regularised. “They
are protesting for their rights. On successful completion of their tenures, the
government is bound to regularise their jobs. So we urge Jammu Kashmir
government to look into their matter positively,” said R.S.Chib General
Secretary DAP. He said that the youths have given best of their life to serve the
government and they deserve now a dignified livelihood. Chief Spokesperson
Salman Nizami, said. “Where shall these teachers go now to earn. The best time
of their life they have given to government. Now they have families and kids.
How will they manage with meagre salaries, we will fight for them till they get
regularised he added. Among others who were present on the occasion were
