A Selection Grade Constable (SGT) of J&K police died in a firing incident who was posted in Nowabad police station at Jewel in Jammu city.
As per report, a selection grade constable died in a firing incident that occurred in Nowabad police station in Jewel. After the incident the constable was taken to GMC Jammu, where he succumbed to injuries during treatment.
The deceased cop was identified as Mohd Iqbal (40) resident of Poonch, Jammu.
A case has been registered at Nowabad police station and a probe has begun.
