The government of Jammu and Kashmir, department of Rural and development has issued a notice to Director of Rural development mentioning that, we receive a message from Criminal Investigation Department Jammu and Kashmir along with list of contractors who are failed in a security test.
In this regard you are requested to initiate action against them as per law and ensure not to allot them further contracts, they added.
