The Constitution Day was today celebrated at the District Court Complex Srinagar. The event commenced with the reading of Preamble to the Constitution to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India.
Jawad Ahmad Principal District & Sessions Judge and Chairman DLSA Srinagar led the reading of Preamble in presence of all Judicial officers, Chief Defense Counsel and his team, Staff members, Panel Lawyers and PLVs of District Court Srinagar. He later urged all the judicial officers and others to adopt and cherish the principles as enshrined in the Constitution.
Among others, Secretary District Legal Services Authority Srinagar Fozia Paul was also present on the occasion.
