Congress President Kharge reached Jammu and Kashmir to strengthen the election campaign

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge reached Jammu on Saturday to campaign in support of former Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and party candidate Tara Chand. Talking to journalists here, he said that we have announced seven guarantees. Our first issue in this is to give state status to Jammu and Kashmir. Every family will be given insurance of Rs 25 lakh. Hospital in every district, 3000 rupees will be given every month to the woman head of the family. Self-help groups will be given loans without interest. The system of rehabilitation of Kashmiri Pandits will be implemented. Backward classes will get full rights.

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge attacked the BJP sharply and said that Home Minister Amit Shah talks big during the campaign, but after the elections he dismisses his words by calling them ‘election slogans’.

Kharge questioned the BJP’s promise of providing 5 lakh jobs and said, “If you are in the government, then why were jobs not provided?” He also clarified that Congress does what it says, and that is why the party has started the recruitment process for 1 lakh posts. Questioning the BJP’s policies and promises, he appealed to the public not to get trapped in these false promises and choose the right electoral option. Kharge also highlighted the Congress’ schemes and development issues.
