A complaint has been filed against Arvind Kejriwal’s wife Sunita Kejriwal over the alleged sharing of the virtual hearing recordings of proceedings at the CBI court.

A few other politicians have also been named in the complaint. The complainant is a lawyer named Vaibhav Singh, who says Sunita Kejriwal and some other political leaders shared the said proceedings on social media.

Singh has filed a complaint with the District judge (Headquarters) seeking inquiry and action against the accused for recording court proceedings.

The complainant has also sent a legal notice to social media platforms to take down the video.

The complainant has called for a thorough investigation and appropriate action against individuals/political parties who knowingly violated the Video Conferencing Rules issued on October 26, 2021. The rules, detailed in Notification No. 348/Rules/DHC, aim to standardize the use of video conferencing in Courts.
