The Command Area Development Department Kargil today organized one-day seminar on Sustainable Development of Command Area at Phosa Thang, Hagnis.
Chief Scientist KVK, Chief Horticulture Officer, Kargil and District Agriculture Officer Extension Kargil gave detailed presentations and shared their views with the farmers attending in the seminar.
Executive Councilor, Agriculture, LAHDC, Kargil, Mohsin Ali was the chief guest on the occasion. In his speech, he appreciated the efforts taken by the Command Area Development Department Kargil for conducting such a seminar at Phosa Thang, Hagnis.
He stressed farmers to adopt modern techniques in farming as Phosa Thang has one of the fertile soil in the entire Ladakh UT, for which special attention is required from the concerned departments.
