Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar yesterday inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 42 projects worth Rs 191 crore in Gurugram virtually from Hisar.
Union Planning, Statistics and Program Implementation Minister and local MP Rao Inderjit Singh attended the programme held at HSIIDC Auditorium, Manesar as the chief guest. Pataudi MLA Satyaprakash Jaravata was also present on the occasion.
The inaugurated projects will focus on education, public health, roads and water management. In the programme, 13 projects completed at a cost of Rs 31.5 crore were inaugurated and the foundation stone of 29 projects to be completed at a cost of about Rs 160 crore were laid.
Minister Rao Inderjit said: “Today, the credibility of Haryana state is continuously increasing, the benefits of which are being given to all sections of the state without any discrimination. Unprecedented development works have been done in all areas.”
MLA Jaravata said a period of change has started in the system, the result of which is that the last person of the society is getting the benefits of government schemes.
After the programme, Rao Inderjit addressed public meetings in the villages of Janaula and Pahari.

In all, 29 projects, including construction of concrete road from Sector 86 to Nawada village via Badha village, sewerage at Kukardola village and construction work of Parshuram Bhawan
