Claiming that the year-long struggle against extremism has reached its final stage, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has said that now victory is just around the corner.
Amit Shah, who went to Jagdalpur in Chhattisgarh to participate in the CRPF Day Parade, said these things.
For the first time after independence, CRPF’s Foundation Day celebration has been celebrated in the Maoist-dominated area.
During this, he said that the supreme sacrifice of CRPF jawans has a big role in the campaign against ‘Left Wing Extremism’.

According to him, the CRPF fought a tough battle against ‘Left Wing Extremism’ and achieved success by coordinating with the police.
He also gave credit to CRPF for removing problems coming in the way of development in Maoist-affected areas.
Amit Shah said that in comparison to 2010, there has been a decline of 76 percent in violent incidents, while the deaths due to these incidents have also decreased by 78 percent.
He told that NIA and Enforcement Directorate are working strictly to stop the funding for extremism.
