These equipments have been purchased under the CCDF of H’CEC.The village representatives and the youths of Singay-Lalok region expressed their gratitude to CEC Tashi Gyalson for the assistance towards the youths.
Among present on the occasion were CPO Leh, CCF Leh, DYSSO Leh, Sarpanch Lingshed, Sarpanch Photoksar, President Yulchung Tsogspa, Vice President Wanla Youth Tsogspa, General Secretary, BJP Mandal Singay Lalok, and the other representatives from the respective villages of Lingshed constituency.
