The Sidhra police of Jammu city on Thursday nabbed two burglars and recovered property worth 1,20,000 from them.
As per report, on the basis of police complaint of one Vikram Jamwal s/o Pritam Singh r/o Samba at present Majeen of Sidhra, that two unidentified thieves have escaped with 30 steel plates from a construction site in Majeen.
After the incident, a police party of Sidhra Police station headed by SI Arun Sharma raided several places in Jammu and nabbed two persons.
A case FIR No. 64/2024 u/s 389 of the IPC at Nagrota police station.
The arrested accused has been identified as Aashiq Hussain s/o Bashir Ahmed and Wasim Ahmed s/o Bashir Ahmed residents of Asrarabad of Sidhra.
The police have also recovered two electric pumps from them.
