Under operation cheers and to curb the illegal trade of liquor a bootlegger was arrested and illicit liquor recovered.
Information was recieved through reliable sources that a person namely Bodh Raj S/O karan Chand R/O Bhagatpur in order to make profit is selling illicit liquor at Bhagatpur in a plot to general public.
On this police party lead by PSI Saddam Hussain IC BPP Sandwan raided the location and recovered about 25 quarters of JK Special whisky 180 ml each and 05 bottles of 750 ml each from his possession.
In this regard cognizance taken. The overall arrest and recovery were made under the supervision of SP Rural Shri Brijesh Sharma.
