Bomb threat on IndiGo flight: On Monday, a Bengaluru-bound Indigo flight got a call saying there was a bomb on board.

At almost 10.30 am, when flight 6E6482 was getting ready to take off from Kochi airport, the call was received.

They added that after deboarding all passengers, the plane was sent to an isolation bay for additional examination.

Nedumbassery police also confirmed receipt of the bomb threat and said that a team was sent to investigate the matter.

On August 18, a Delhi-Pune Vistara airlines flight was delayed for around eight hours at the Delhi airport after it received a bomb threat call which later turned out to be a hoax, security sources and police said.
