07 April 2025 : Here’s what BJP MLA from Marh, Surinder Bhagat, said as he arrived at the Assembly on a bicycle:

“I am deeply disappointed by the hike in petrol and diesel prices. This directly affects the common people. They’ve (J&K government) increased transport charges by 7 per cent. There’s a clear gap between their words and actions. It feels like the people of Jammu and Kashmir are being made April fools. I want this issue to be taken up seriously.”
