Bing’s AI Chatbot Now Supports Voice Chat on Desktop, Expanding User Experience

Microsoft has announced that its AI-powered chatbot, Bing, now supports voice chat on desktop, in addition to its existing support on Microsoft’s Edge web browser. This update allows users to utilize Bing’s voice chat mode by clicking on the microphone icon in the chat box.

By granting microphone access and speaking their queries, users can receive responses in seconds, either through voice or text. Currently, the feature supports English, French, German, Japanese, and Mandarin, with more languages planned for the future.

In addition to voice chat, Bing also offers text-to-speech answers using its own voice. This means that users can receive spoken responses from Bing in its unique voice, enhancing the interactive and conversational experience.
