Baramulla police have intensified crack down on stunt bikers in the district and seized several two-wheelers for violating traffic rules.

According to media, the crackdown was carried out in response to an increase in the number of complaints about reckless driving and stunts being performed on the National highway roads on the occasion of Eid ul Fitr.

Official reports Told that During the special drive, the police seized several bikes that were being ridden recklessly, and the riders were issued challans for violating traffic rules. The police officials have requested people to ride carefully, wear helmets, and follow traffic rules to avoid accidents on the roads.They Said

Reports Added that, The crackdown was carried out by a team of Police officers on the directions by Senior Superintendent of Police SSP Baramulla which was led by the Concerned Police Officials, The team patrolled the city’s streets and kept a close eye on the traffic to identify any reckless riders.

A police official Told That, “We have received several complaints about stunt bikers and reckless riding in the area on the busy rush of Eid ul Fitr. It is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. We have seized several two-wheelers and issued challans to the violators. We urge everyone to ride carefully, wear helmets, and follow traffic rules to avoid accidents.”

However, The police officials also warned that strict action will be taken against anyone found violating traffic rules in the future. They have requested the public to cooperate with the police and help make the district roads safer for everyone.
