Court Directs GMC Principal to Submit Response.

Handwara, 03 April 2025 :  The Bar Association Handwara, led by its President Adv. Ab Rashid Malik along with the Executive Body, has filed a petition against alleged medical negligence at GMC Handwara. A written petition submitted before the Hon’able Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Handwara) seeking legal intervention.

Taking cognizance of the matter, CJM Handwara, Manzoor Hassan, has issued an order directing the Principal of GMC Handwara to submit response to the allegations leveled in yhe petition by or before April 11, 2025.

The Bar Association has emphasized the need for accountability and has urged the concerned authorities to take swift action to prevent such incidents in the future.
