Authorities on Friday issued fresh avalanche warning for four districts of Jammu and Kashmir.
“Avalanche with medium danger level is likely to occur above 2400 metres over Kupwara, Bandipora, Ganderbal and Baramulla districts in next 24-hours,” an official of J&K Disaster Management Authority (JKDMA) informed.
He advised people living in respective areas to take precautions and avoid venturing in the avalanche prone areas.
“For any emergency people can dial 112 for help,” he added.
