Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal granted interim bail by Supreme Court in liquor policy case. The Supreme Court on Friday granted interim bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the excise policy case, saying the AAPsupremo “suffered incarceration of 90 days”.A Supreme Court bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta referred Arvind Kejriwal’s petition challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to a larger bench. Pronouncing the verdict, the Supreme Court said that mere interrogation does not allow arrest.
