A total of 150 satellites made by school students from different states were launched on a rocket as part of APJ Abdul Kalam Satellite Launch Vehicle Mission 2023 on Sunday.
Telangana Governor Tamilsai Soundararajan launched the event from Pattipolam village in Tamil Nadu’s Chengalpattu district. Dr APJ Abdul Kalam International Foundation organised the rocket launch along with the Kalpakam Atomic Research Centre in association with Martin Foundation and Space Zone of India Pvt Ltd, news agency reported.
