ANTF nabs two drug suppliers with 260g Heroin

Continuing its battle against drug suppliers the Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) today said they have nabbed two drug peddlers with 260grams of Heroin valued at Rs 15 lacs in Jammu city.

According to the report, SSP Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) J&K, Raj Kumar, under the guidance of DySP,  Shamsher Singh, DySP, SHO Police Station ANTF Jammu arrested two youth from Narwal chowk area of Jammu city and recovered a staggering amount of 260grams of Heroin worth of Rs 15 lakhs from their possession.

The arrested drug smugglers have been identified as Mohd Amin r/o Billawar, Kathua of Jammu and Nasir Ali Nakki, Majalta, Udhampur of Jammu.

The Narco smugglers were travelling in a car bearing registration “JK08M9794”, who were stopped by the ANTF team at Narwal chowk and on their frisking they recovered two packets of 250 grams of Heroin each.

A case FIR NO. 3 /2023 U/S 8/29/21 has been registered against the accused at Police Station ANTF Jammu and further probe has been set into motion.

Yesterday, the ANTF Jammu arrested a man and recovered intoxicating capsules worth of Rs 5000 in Jammu.
