JKAS Direct Officers less than 500 members submitted a proposal before Government to allocate share for induction into JKAS upto 70% instead of 45% so to decrease the same from promottees having more than 1. Lac members in the government jobs. This move will affect General Category indirectly in promotion quota also and most of the share upto 50% in promotions will benefit the Reserved Categories, out of 70%, only 30% will go to General Category employees.
In the next 10 years, all higher posts at the level of IAS and JKAS, Viz Secretary, Special Secretary and Addl Secretary levels posts shall be held by the Reserved categories Government Servant. Just think , how they move with calculation
