Authorities in north Kashmir’s Karnah have termed the reports of three persons killed in an earthquake as fake and baseless.
An official told Kashmir Despatch that everything is alright in the border town of Karnah and also appealed to people not to spread fake and unconfirmed reports.
Pertinently, a strong earthquake of magnitude 6.6 on the Richter scale occurred on Tuesday night in Jammu and Kashmir, triggering panic among the people.
