In preparation for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to inaugurate the Z-Morh Tunnel, the Ganderbal district administration has directed that all government offices in the district remain open on Sunday, January 12.
The order aims to ensure smooth coordination and the timely sharing of information across various departments.
According to a directive issued by the Additional District Magistrate of Ganderbal, all government offices in the district, including district, sectoral, tehsil, and block-level offices, will be open on Sunday to facilitate effective communication and support when needed.
Prime Minister Modi is scheduled to visit Sonamarg in Ganderbal district on Monday to officially inaugurate the Z-Morh Tunnel, located in the Gagangir area along the Srinagar-Leh National Highway.
