Aiden Markram key as South Africa lose quick wickets against West Indies after taking massive lead in 1st Test

West Indies, on Wednesday, March 1, clawed their way back into their opening Test against South Africa. After conceding a massive lead of 130 runs at the SuperSport Park in Centurion, the visitors reduced the home team to 49 for four in their second innings.

At Stumps on Day 2, South Africa were leading by 179 runs with six wickets left in their second innings. After bowling the hosts out for 342, the Caribbean team looked steady after Raymon Reifer and Jermaine Blackwood put on 64 runs for the third wicket.
