In the wake of Apple’s recent unveiling of its latest iPhone models, the tech giant commenced the sale of the iPhone 15 in India. Long queues formed outside Apple stores across the country as eager customers sought to make their purchase. To meet this demand, Zomato-based Blinkit partnered with Apple reseller Unicorn Info Solutions to offer doorstep delivery of the iPhone 15 in under 10 minutes.
Blinkit users in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, and Pune can place orders for the new iPhone through the grocery store app. Albinder Dhindsa, Co-founder and CEO of Blinkit, announced the availability of the iPhone on the platform via Twitter, expressing pride in their ability to put the new device in customers’ hands on launch day.
For the first time, the release of the Series 15 in India coincided with its global launch. Apple India is currently providing instant discounts of ₹6,000 on the iPhone 15 Pro Max and ₹5,000 on the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus for customers using an eligible HDFC Bank card.
This translates to a reduced price of ₹74,900 for the iPhone 15 (originally ₹79,900), ₹84,900 for the iPhone 15 Plus (originally ₹89,900), ₹128,900 for the iPhone 15 Pro (originally ₹1,34,900), and ₹153,900 for the iPhone 15 Pro Max (originally ₹159,900).
