This week, Kandarp Patel, the managing director of Adani Electricity, paid an unexpected visit to a Genius Pay customer payment center. His objective was to learn personally about the experiences of customers and pinpoint areas in need of development.
During his visit, Patel interacted directly with customers, listening to their feedback, both positive and constructive. This valuable exchange sparked the creation of Adani Electricity’s new “SAMPARK” initiative, designed to foster direct engagement between customers and company representatives at all levels.
