Actress Shraddha Arya expressed her excitement to attend an event and put on a glamorous outfit. Despite receiving medical advice to rest in bed, Shraddha defied the recommendation and resumed shooting for her show shortly after the injury, albeit using a wheelchair for mobility.

During the recent weekend, actress Arya faced online trolling after she walked the red carpet at an event, wearing a gown and supported by a crutch, despite her recent leg injury. Several users questioned her decision to attend the event if she couldn’t walk properly, with one user specifically asking why she wore heels. Another commenter noted that she was unwell but still chose to wear heels and decorate her crutch.

In response to the criticism, Arya shared her thoughts, saying, “I feel like people tend to troll me more than other celebrities. People think it’s just a show, but I genuinely wanted to attend the event since I hadn’t been to one since my injury.” She explained that her ability to walk has significantly improved, and her doctors have given her permission to wear heels, which she had not worn in months. She further added, “However, my team suggested using a crutch to ensure I don’t fall or trip. Besides, the dress called for heels, so why not? I carried myself well. It was a wonderful evening, and I truly enjoyed myself. I took good care of myself. I don’t understand why people are bothered by such comments. I had a great time at the event but woke up to some nasty comments on Instagram.”

Despite the trolling she received, Arya expresses her satisfaction with her improved ability to walk. She reflects on the past few weeks and acknowledges how easily people tend to take their bodies for granted. It’s only when an injury occurs that the realization of neglecting self-care and body maintenance sets in. Arya emphasizes her happiness and gratitude for being able to walk again, considering it a significant accomplishment after her injury.
