On 08.07.2024, a complaint was lodged at Nowabad Police Station. Based on the contents of the complaint, an FIR was registered U/S 376-D IPC.The PSI Tariq Aziz promptly initiated a comprehensive investigation under the guidance of the SHO Police Station Nowabad and DySp Hqrs Jammu.
During the course of the investigation, multiple teams were formed to track and apprehend the accused.
Raids were conducted at various locations. After relentless efforts, a team led by PSI Tariq Aziz successfully arrested the accused, namely Sushil Kumar S/O Jagdish Kumar aged 52 years R/O 516/8, Mohalla Shiv Nagar, Near Sati Mata Mandir, Gurdaspur and investigation is under progress.The entire operation was conducted under the close supervision of SHO Police Station Nowabad, professional guidance of DySp Hqrs Jammu and dynamic leadership of SP City North.
