The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Political Affairs Committee is scheduled to hold a meeting on Tuesday to discuss candidates for the Lok Sabha seats.

As per the agreement between the two parties for Delhi’s seven seats, AAP will contest four: New Delhi, South Delhi, West Delhi and East Delhi. Congress will contest three: Chandni Chowk, Northwest Delhi and Northeast Delhi. “The final discussion will be held tomorrow. The names will likely be announced after it concludes,” said a party member.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, AAP MLAs and ministers visited Rajghat to mark one year of former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia’s arrest. He also saluted Sisodia inside the Delhi Assembly during the ongoing budget session. Exactly a year ago, on February 26, Sisodia was arrested by the CBI, and by the ED a month later, in the excise policy case.
