As the Haryana Police used tear gas to disperse protesters demanding the restoration of the old pension scheme, the Aam Aadmi Party and the Congress have joined the chorus to ‘drive out’ the BJP government from the state.
On Twitter, the AAP’s national convenor, Arvind Kejriwal, said: “I have faith in all the government employees of Haryana – next time drive out BJP and let AAP form the government. We will implement the old pension scheme like we did in Punjab.”
