50 sheep, cattle charred to death in Udhampur

At least 50 sheep and 4 cattle died after a cattle shed gutted completely in a devastating fire in Ramnagar area of J&K’s Udhampur district yesterday.

A fire broke out in a cattle shed in Kella area of  Ramnagar of Udhampur district yesterday night, following which 50 sheep, 2 cows and 2 bulls died in the destructive fire.

The cattle shed belongs to Gori son of Amarnath of village Kella in Ramnagar, while the cause of the fire is being probed.

However, there was no loss of human life or injury to anyone in the incident.
