Today, police reported the arrest of three terrorist associates in Anantnag during a joint operation with the Army (1RR) and 90 BN CRPF. The arrested individuals have been identified as Dawood Ahmad Dar, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi, and Shahid Ahmad Dar, all residents of Hassanpora Tavela.
The arrests occurred during a naka checking operation at Hassanpura Tulkhan Road. Authorities recovered a substantial cache of arms and ammunition, including a pistol, a pistol magazine, eight pistol rounds, a grenade, an IED, and other incriminating materials. This joint operation highlights the ongoing efforts of security forces to combat terrorism and ensure public safety.
