During the investigation of the Case FIR No 17/2023 U/S 382-IPC shaheed gunj police station, all the three accused persons were arrested namely:-
1. Junaid Ahmad Sheikh S/o Bashir Ahmad sheikh R/o Illahi Bagh Ahmadnagar.
2. Ubaid Khan S/o Bilal Ahmad Khan R/o Palpora.
3. Ishfaq Ahmad Dar S/o Ab Majeed Dar R/O Rangpora Ilahibagh from whose possession mobile phone belonging to the Complainant has been recovered.
During the further course of investigation it came to fore that the Complainant namely Farooq Ahmad Dar S/o Mohd Ramzan Dar R/o Shahgund Bandipora had purchased 13 bottles of liquor from wine shop Sonwar Srinagar(same is fully corroborated by technical evidences like cctv, mobile tower analysis)
The 3 accused persons stopped the complainant at Hari Singh High Street & he left his bag with alcohol bottles and his mobile phone, fled away from the spot and hide himself inside a nearby building
