The Jammu city police yesterday held three persons in a snatching case and recovered 65,000 from them.
On 02/02/2022 , a written complaint was lodged at PP Canal Road Jammu regarding snatching under the jurisdiction of PP Canal road Jammu.
On this Case FIR No. 18/2024 U/S 382/506/34 IPC & 4/25 Arms act got registered at PS Nowabad and investigation entrusted to I/C PP Canal Road Jammu PSI Darshan Singh.
During the course of investigation this police team led by SHO PS Nowabad Inspector Surinder Raina and I/C PP Canal Road PSI Darshan Singh under the supervision of Dysp Hqrs* Dr. Sunniya wani Jammu and overall supervision of SP City North Jammu did strenuous efforts and with the help of CCTV footage of the area finally rounded up three accused persons namely Sher Ali S/o Mohd Sadiq R/o Phillian Mandal Jammu , Sher Khan S/o Mohd Hanief R/o Phillian Mandal Jammu ,Nasim Ali S/o Mohd Mussa R/o Makhanpur R.S Pura.
Further more two vehicles bearing registration no. ‘JK02AD9204’ and ‘JK02AC1664’ have recovered and one sharp edged weapon also recovered from them, apart from this snatched amount of Rs 65,000 also recovered from the possession of said 03 accused persons. Further investigation of the case is going on.
