The Himalayan Education Mission Rajouri, in collaboration with the Jammu and Kashmir Centre for Creative Arts, organised a three-day National Painters Camp in Rajouri under the banner of Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan and as part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.
The event aimed to harness creativity to spread awareness about the harmful effects of drugs and create a drug-free society. Talented painters from across the nation showcased their artwork and contributed towards this noble cause.
The event was graced by Deputy Commissioner, Vikas Kundal, who served as the chief guest and Additional Deputy Commissioner, Rajeev Kumar Khajuria.
The DC praised the efforts of the Himalayan Education Mission Rajouri and the Jammu and Kashmir Centre for Creative Arts for organising such an impactful event. He emphasised how art has the power to transcend boundaries and touch hearts and urged everyone to work towards creating a drug-free society.
