The Jammu and Kashmir police yesterday night detained 27 people from different areas of Jammu before the eve of Holi festival.
The cops detained the individuals who were found under the influence of liquor or consuming some intoxicants to interrogate them. The police also seized four vehicles who were found performing stunts and along with people for displaying unruly conduct.
The police has launched operation cheers to monitor people.
