A joint team of Baramulla police and security forces arrested two terrorist facilitators with weapons. Police have recovered a pistol, 2 pistol magazines, 5 pistol rounds, IED and a remote controlled IED from them.
Terrorist module has been busted in North Kashmir’s Baramulla. A joint team of police and security forces arrested two Militant helpers including a woman with weapons.
Both the accused were working as two associates of Lashkar-e-Taiba. Further action is being taken after registering a case in this regard.
According to the information, on the basis of specific information, a joint team of police and security forces succeeded in arresting two Militant facilitators at Pattan in Baramulla.
The accused have been identified as Farooq Ahmad Para, a resident of Pattan and Saima Basheer, a resident of Sopore.
Police said that investigation revealed to the accused that the two were working with Abid Qayoom Lone, a Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist operating in Wusan Pattan.
In this regard, further investigation is being done by registering a case at Police Station Pattan.
