In a tragic road mishap, 8 school children along with 3 teachers suffered injuries when the vehicle in which they were travelling met with an accident on Jammu-Pathankot National highway in Supwal village of J&K’s Samba district.
As per report, the mishap happened when an ill-fated school bus bearing registration no. ‘JK21B8650’ of Bhargava Public School, Supwal lost its control and overturned on the road in Supwal, following which 8 children studying in 9-11 class and 3 school teachers received minor wounds.
After the incident, the injured has been taken to Govt. District Hospital Samba for treatment.
A local man has told media that the bus overturned due to fog on the road.
The identity of the injured persons is not available yet.
